Scores of firefighters have worked through the night to prevent a thatch fire spreading to neighbouring properties in a Hampshire village.
Crews were called to the cottage near Alresford at 7pm on Saturday evening, but the fire had already spread extensively.
Around 50 firefighters and 12 fire engines were at the scene assisted by support vehicles.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Services are still at the house monitoring the situation.
No one has been reported as injured and the cause of the fire is being investigated.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service tweeted that they had worked throughout the night to salvage what they could and prevent the fire spreading to other properties.
Firefighters from Alresford, Basingstoke, Alton, Fareham, Winchester, Eastleigh, Beaulieu, Redbridge and St Mary's, Hightown and Romsey all attended the fire.
