Memorial to babies destroyed by vandals

A memorial dedicated to babies lost to miscarriage, stillbirth and premature death has been destroyed by vandals - with part of it stolen.

The sculpture was unveiled at a ceremony at Redan Road Cemetery in Aldershot just last week. But on Monday it was found vandalised - with a special carving removed.

Angela Roberts commissioned the memorial after losing a stillborn twin daughter 30 years ago.
