An Oxford-born actor has fulfilled the dream of playing the role of legendary soul singer Marvin Gaye, in the hit show Motown The Musical.
Motown was the American record label that launched the careers of world music stars like Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, and Michael Jackson.
From its humble beginnings in 1960, it played an important role in bringing original soul music to a mass audience. Now, the musical is ending it's hugely successful tour at the New Theatre Oxford, until January 4th.
