New library opens for young bookworms

In this age of mobiles, tablets and the internet, you may think that the days of physical books are numbered. But not so in Oxfordshire. A new library has been opened at the Barton Neighbourhood Centre, supported by the County and City councils, and the Barton Community Association. The emphasis is on encouraging kids in particular to borrow physical books, instead of reading stories online. Cary Johnston has more.
