Most places starting dry but cloud and outbreaks of rain and drizzle will spread in from the southwest through the evening and continue overnight. Windy later, particularly near the coast. Minimum temperature 4 °C.

Monday:

Dry for a time during the early morning, but rain soon returning, turning heavy and persistent at times before clearing southeastwards later. Windy, with gales along the coast. Maximum temperature 12 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Breezy and cold Tuesday and Wednesday with sunny spells and showers, heavy at times with a risk of hail and thunder. Cloudy Thursday with more persistent rain in the south.
