Ram-raiders used a digger to steal two cash machines from a supermarket in Kent.
The store in Dover was targeted in the early hours of Monday morning.
The digger was used to rip the machines from the wall of Tesco in Honeywood Parkway in Whitfield.
The cash machines were then loaded into a truck and driven away, alongside two other vehicles.
The thieves then rammed two police cars, which had tried to stop them getting away.
The raid caused significant damage to the store, during a time when supermarkets across the South are working to provide consumers with much-needed supplies.
Kent Police is urging anyone who has information about the incident to call 01622 604100 and quote 46/52654/20.
