Hampshire Police have named a man who was found stabbed to death in Havant on Saturday night.
George Allison, aged 21, of Riders Lane, Havant, died after he suffered fatal stab wounds at an incident in Tichborne Grove.
Officers are continuing to investigate the incident that happened at 11pm on Saturday 23 May, during which a 27-year-old woman from Southsea was also attacked.
She was taken to hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries.
Three people have been arrested in connection with George’s death.
Police have been granted extra time to question a 25-year-old man fromCamborne, Cornwall, who was arrested on suspicion of murder, while a31-year-old man from Hayling Island initially arrested on suspicion of murder has been further arrested for assisting an offender, and both remain incustody.
Today, a 33-year-old woman from the town was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice.
Detectives continued to conduct inquiries in the area on Monday and have again stressed that the investigation has no connection with the case of Louise Smith, the 16-year-old from Havant whose body was found in woodland on Thursday after she was reported missing on VE Day.
