After two months of lockdown, most of us have grown used to isolation to some degree - but what of those with special needs?

As well as the emotional and mental strains of being stuck inside, there is also the knowledge for some that they are most at risk if catching coronavirus. But, a group from Kent are fighting back with a song to lift their spirits and others.

The Square Pegs Arts charity has been running for 15 years, putting on shows and showcasing the talents of its members. Founder Beth James is aware that, for many, the lockdown poses significant challenges.
