Extra emergency winter beds will be offered to homeless people in Oxford this winter.  

The city council says for the first time since the pandemic, there has been a "steady flow" of people becoming homeless.

There will be 22 "severe weather" rooms available whenever there is sub-zero overnight temperatures predicted.

The plans come as part of a partnership to offer help to everyone on the streets.
