Two bailed in crossbow murder case
Two people arrested in connection with the death of a man in Buckinghamshire have been bailed.
A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder and a 37-year-old woman on suspicion of assisting an offender after the body of Darrell Farnham was discovered at his home in Belgrave Road in Aylesbury on Sunday.
A post mortem has determined the cause of death as injuries caused by a metal bolt from a crossbow passing through Mr Farnham’s body.

Aylesbury murder victim was shot with a crossbow
The body of a man found in Belgrave Road, in Aylesbury, on Sunday night has been confirmed as that of 44-year-old Darrell Farnham.
A post mortem was carried out last night, which has determined the cause of death as injuries caused by a metal bolt from a crossbow passing through Mr Farnham’s body.
A 40-year-old man from Aylesbury has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently in police custody. A 37-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and is also in police custody.
Thames Valley Police are continuing their appeal for witnesses.

Murder investigation launched after body found in Aylesbury
Thames Valley Police has launched a murder investigation after the body of a man was found in a property in Belgrave Road last night.
He was found inside the property when officers attended at around 10.45pm and died at the scene.
The man has not been formally identified but is believed to be 44-year-old Darrell Farnham, who lived at the house.

An investigation is underway this lunchtime after a man's body was found at a property in Buckinghamshire.
Belgrave Road in Aylesbury remains sealed off following the discovery just before 11pm last night. Thames Valley Police say they are treating the death as suspicious.
Access to a nearby school was disrupted this morning while officers carried out their investigations.

Aylesbury death treated as 'suspicious'
Det Ch Insp Kevin Brown said: “We are in the very early stages of this investigation, but are treating this as a suspicious death.
“I want to reassure the community that this does not appear to be a random incident, we have a lot of officers conducting enquiries and at the scene and if anyone has any concerns, they can approach any of these officers.
“The scene watch on Belgrave Road is likely to stay in place for a number of hours. I apologise for the inconvenience to local residents but this has to remain in place whilst our investigation continues. I thank them for their patience."

Thames Valley Police is currently at the scene of an unexplained death in Aylesbury.
Officers were called to a property in Belgrave Road at 10.43pm.
A man was found deceased within the property. His death is currently being treated as suspicious.
There is a scene watch in place on the road, which is likely to remain for much of the day and may cause access to the Thomas Hickman school to be disrupted.
