Mother pays tribute to daughter after crash

Jade Clark, 16, died from head injuries when she was knocked off her moped on the A31 between the Verwood slip road and the Ashley Heath roundabout on February 24.

Jade's mother, Sharon, said her daughter was 'wonderful'. Speaking to the press for the first time since the accident, she said Jade was a lovely young lady with a large group of friends, and words could not describe how much everyone missed her.

The incident, in which a red moped collided with a Volvo XC90, happened at 8.23pm on Sunday February 24 2013 on the westbound carriageway of the A31 near the Ashley Heath roundabout.

Jade's mother, Sharon, said her daughter was 'wonderful'.
