Sussex MP gets apology from police

Sussex Police has been forced to apologise to an MP and former Government minister, after wrongly threatening him with prosecution. A Parliamentary committee had condemned Sussex Police for making a serious mistake.

Now Tim Loughton, the MP involved, has told us he's furious with the wasted time and costs of the police action. David Johns reports, speaking to Tim Loughton MP and Sussex Police & Crime Commissioner Katy Bourne.
