This time last week we had the Olympic flame travelling through our region. It was lit from the sun's rays at a temple in Olympia - the very place the games began in Greece nearly three thousand years ago.
It's hard to imagine what the competition was like for the sporty, ancient Greeks, but archaeologists may have found the answer.
