The Isle of Wight Council's Director of Economy and Environment will attend a meeting with the Isle of Wight Technology Group to discuss opportunities for local businesses on the Island.
The Technology Group is made up from Island based Electronics and Engineering companies.
The Group was set up by the Island's MP, Andrew Turner, to raise the profile of the Island businesses and the challenges they face, such as recruitment and expansion.
We have innovative companies here on the Island, many of whom experience very similar issues. Funding is often a barrier to growth which is why I felt it would be helpful to get Stuart Love along to talk about the funding that is available through the Local Enterprise Partnership, and how businesses can access this."
