An ambulance and a lorry have been involved in a collision near Lyndhurst in the New Forest.
A patient was on board the ambulance, who has been transferred to another ambulance following the collision and taken to Southampton General Hospital for treatment to their existing condition.
The ambulance sustained damage to its front end. The two paramedics on board have both been taken to hospital for routine check-ups but neither are believed to have sustained any significant injury.
The lorry sustained minor damage, and the lorry driver was uninjured.
Police remain at scene, and motorists are advised that there will be short delays to traffic passing through that area for the next couple of hours whilst the scene is cleared and enquiries conducted.
