The police watchdog spent last night investigating near the scene of a crash that killed two cyclists in Purley on Thames. John Morland, who was 30, and 39 year old Kris Jarvis, died last Thursday.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission has been examining police actions before the incident. A man's charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
