Three young musicians are to showcase their talents in a competition to find Hampshire's Young Soloist of the Year.
A special concert is taking place at St Swithun's School near Winchester tomorrow, when each of the finalists will perform a concerto with the Winchester Symphony Orchestra.
15 year old Michael Huang from Bitterne will perform the Elgar cello concerto. Matthew Crisp, who's 17 and from Hythe will play the Bruch violin concerto, while 18 year old Jenny Whitby will perform the Nielsen flute concerto.
It's hoped the competition will become a regular springboard for local talent.
Tickets are still available for tomorrow's concert, which takes place at St Swithun's School on Alresford Road in Winchester.
