£20,000 theft in Asda supermarket raid

£20,000 theft at Asda by motorbike riders Credit: Hampshire Constabulary

£20,000 pounds worth of electrical equipment and computer games has been stolen from the Asda supermarket in Totton, Hampshire.

Two men riding a stolen white motorbike forced open the doors of the store on Maynard Road in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

One offender wore a silver motorcycle helmet and the other wore a dark helmet. Both are said to be 5 feet 6 inches tall.

Police Constable Luke Callum said :"I am appealing to anyone who recognises these people in the CCTV image. Do you recognise their clothing or helmets? Have you noticed anyone in Totton area attempting to sell computer games or electronic equipment recently? Call 101 and quote 44150382002."
