A train has collided with a van on a level crossing in Hampshire The 16.45 Waterloo to Portsmouth service struck the vehicle - just outside Liss. No one was injured. Hampshire police are investigating alongside British Transport police. A man has been arrested.
Passengers were stranded aboard the train while emergency services cleared the area. South West trains has laid on buses and has apologised to customers for the delays. The company warns disruption between Portsmouth and Guildford is likely to continue until tomorrow
