Fire crews are dealing with a huge blaze which broke out at the factory at Medina Village in Bridge Road in East Cowes.
Passengers travelling on Red Funnel ferry services have been left stranded on the ferry for almost three hours after a huge fire broke out in Cowes on the Isle of Wight.
All sailings have been cancelled on Red Funnel between Southampton and East Cowes, and between Southampton and West Cowes due to the blaze which started at TJ Motors in Medina Village.
These passengers spoke to ITV Meridian about their journey.
"We have cordoned off the local area and evacuated local residents and businesses whilst our colleagues deal with the fire.
"The smoke is moving from West Cowes towards East Cowes across the river. The chain ferry service is currently suspended.
"Residents in East Cowes may be seeing a lot of black smoke being blown towards the area and we are therefore asking them to keep their windows shut as a precaution.
"We appreciate your patience while we deal with this incident."
