A couple were attacked by burglars in their own home in Halstead, Kent

A reward of £20,000 is being offered to anyone who can help catch the burglars responsible for a shocking attack on two pensioners in Kent in their own home.

The money is being put up by four local businessman who have been appalled at the crime. The man and woman who were targeted had boiling water poured on them over two hours of torture at their home in the village of Halstead near Sevenoaks. The couple are being treated for life-changing injuries in hospital. One of the businessmen who posted the reward - David Barker, told us that those responsible must be found.
