Drivers confronted for wrongly using disabled bays

It's a problem which affects thousands of disabled people every day across the region - driving up to a disabled parking bay only to discover that the space has been taken by someone without a blue badge.

The situation has become so bad in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, that the council and a disability group decided to protest by putting wheelchairs in able-bodied spaces, to turn the tables on errant drivers.

In Cary Johnston's report, he confronts drivers using parking bays marked 'disabled'.
