Thirteen people have been injured when a car ploughed into a crowd of people in Rochester.
Kent Police were called to a disturbance involving a number of vehicles in Sir Thomas Longley Road last night.
Whilst the police were there, a car was involved in a collision with several pedestrians.
Four men have been taken to a London hospital with serious injuries, which are not thought to be life threatening.
A further five people have been taken to a local hospital with four treated at the scene.
An 18-year old man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.

We are conducting numerous enquiries into this incident and would like to speak to anyone with information who has not yet spoken to officers. A lot of people were in the area at the time and we believe that some of them may have video or pictures of the collision.
