The family of a young woman who was killed when a lorry driver who was distracted by his mobile phone hit her stationary car on the A34 at Chieveley in Berkshire.

Jodie Moss was sitting inside her car on the inside lane with the lights on. It had broken down. Her father, Jeremy Moss, spoken outside Reading Crown Court after the lorry driver, 47-year-old Dariusz Tokarczyk, was jailed for four and a half years and suspended from driving for 51 months.
