Remembering Canada's fallen soldiers in Shorncliffe

Canadian soldiers have been honoured at a commemoration in Shorncliffe near Folkestone.

The event was held to tell the story of the Canadians who fought at Vimy in France.

The Shorncliffe Trust who organised the event, wanted to acknowledge their journey from Canada to Shorncliffe - before setting out across the Channel in 1917.

Jenna Verdicchio has been speaking to Captain Terry Plant and Chairman of the Shorncliffe Trust, Chris Shaw.
