Man bailed in Carole Waugh investigation
One man has been bailed while another remains in police custody tonight after police made new arrests in the investigation in to the murder of Carole Waugh.
A 55-year old man arrested earlier today in central London has been bailed, while a 39-year old man is still in police custody.
They had bother been arrested in connection with charges of conspiracy to commit fraud.
Two arrested in Carole Waugh investigation
Police investigating the death of oil executive Carole Waugh have made two arrests according to Scotland Yard.
A Yard spokesman said that a 55-year-old man and a 39-year-old man were arrested in central London today in connection with conspiracy to commit fraud. Both remain in custody at a south London police station.

Man re-arrested on suspicion of murder of Carole Waugh
Officers investigating the disappearance of Carole Waugh have re-arrested Rakesh Bhayani on suspicion of murder. He is being interviewed at a south London police station.
Bhayani is currently being remanded in custody after having been charged on July 24 with three counts of conspiracy to commit fraud. He will appear at Southwark Crown Court on September 25.

Man accused of pretending to be murdered oil executive's brother appears in court
A man appeared in court today accused of pretending to be the brother of the murdered oil executive Carole Waugh.
Nicholas Kutner, 47, is charged with four counts of conspiracy to commit fraud.
He appeared at Camberwell Magistrates' Court in South-East London by video-link from Sutton police station, and spoke only to confirm his name and date of birth.
Mr Kutner was remanded in custody to appear at Southwark Crown Court on August 13.
Carole Waugh suspect accused of pretending to be woman's sister
The man arrested in connection with the murder and kidnap of oil executive Carole Waugh has been charged with four counts of conspiracy to commit fraud, Scotland Yard said last night.
Nicholas David Kutner, 47, of no fixed abode, is accused of pretending to be Chris Waugh, Ms Waugh's brother, in a bid to sell her London home.
He also faces two charges relating to renting her property at Tressard Court and a fourth of unlawfully withdrawing funds from the 50-year-old's bank account.
The Metropolitan Police said Kutner was bailed to return to a police station on August 25 relating to his arrest on suspicion of murder and kidnap last Wednesday.
But he has not been freed because he is being held in custody on the fraud charges ahead of an appearance by video link at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court on Monday.

Detectives have released details of a car in which a body was found yesterday evening.
Police said they are keen to hear from anyone with information on the vehicle.
The body was discovered in a blue VW Golf at a lock up garage in Lime Court, New Malden, at 7pm on Thursday 2nd August.
The body is yet to be formally identified. A post-mortem at Kingston mortuary begins at noon.
