A victim of a male nurse dubbed the 'Canterbury Cannibal' says she is "happy to be alive" after he tried to suffocate her.
Urlene King said she feared ending up as Dale Bolinger's "dinner" after he tried to suffocate her with a cloth soaked in dry-cleaning fluid back in 2010.
She told the Daily Mirror: "I felt a hand over my head and something cold on my face. I remember struggling to get him to let go. He was suffocating me."

A nurse convicted of plotting a cannibal attack on a teenage girl "represents a very real and great danger to the public", police have said following his nine-year sentence.
Detective Superintendent Tim Smith of Kent Police said the sentencing should act as a warning to criminals hoping to conceal their identities online.
Dale Bolinger, 58, used the pseudonym Chris C and "Meatmarketman" on the internet, with a picture of supermodel Naomi Campbell on his profile.
Smith said officers "left no stone unturned in searching for evidence both at Bolinger's house and elsewhere" after a team with specialist knowledge and equipment worked closely with the FBI to reveal the American's identity.
A nurse jailed for grooming and plotting to behead and eat a teenage girl was foiled after FBI investigators uncovered internet chats about his plans.
Dale Bolinger, an American national, claimed on an internet profile to have eaten a 39-year-old woman and a young child, while also boasting of several other cannibal acts in online chats with others.
After the chat logs were passed to Kent Police, a number of digitally altered images of children were also found at his home, with titles that alluded to his interest in cannibalism.
Bolinger had claimed in court that his apparent desires were "just in fantasy" and said he "probably would have wet" himself if the girl he planned to kill had turned up to a planned meeting at Ashford International rail station.
