Captain John Terry has played every minute of every Premier League game this season and used his post-match interview after the Blues won the title to hit back at someone who said he couldn't play twice a week.

Terry told Sky Sports: "This is unbelievable, we worked so hard and we got over the line; we're champions. We worked so hard, we got over the line."

"One person said I couldn't play twice in a week. He knows who he is. I'm still here, still fighting," Terry added.

The ex-England man also broke away from the celebrations to say: "On behalf of everyone at Chelsea, we send our condolences to Rio Ferdinand and his family," - referencing the death of Ferdinand's wife, Rebecca.
