A second arrest has been made over the death of a soldier in Brecon.
Dyfed-Powys Police says a 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. A 23-year-old man arrested yesterday remains in custody.
Officers received a report of an unconscious and injured man in Lion Street in the early hours of Sunday morning. He died later in hospital. The MOD has since confirmed he was a member of Royal Gibraltar Regiment.

Police are appealing for anyone who was in the vicinity of Lion Street, Bethel Square, Tredegar Street and High Street between 12:30am and 1:30am on Sunday to contact 101 quoting reference number DP-20160508-024.

Kirsty Williams, Liberal Democrat Assembly Member for Brecon and Radnorshire, has described an incident in which asoldier died after being found injured and unconscious as "very shocking".
A soldier who has died in Brecon after being found injured and unconscious on Sunday morning was not wearing his army uniform, it is understood.
There is also nothing to indicate his death was linked to extremism, reports suggest.
