Joyce Shaughnessy, 80, has worked in seven decades, helping generations of school children cross the roads in Ampthill.

Will Goodge from Bedfordshire has raised £75,000 for a cancer charity in memory of his mum, and has been nominated for a Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Award.
