A £300,000 pot of grant money has been allocated under the Carbon Neutral Roadmap.

Allister Carey was given the honorary title after working in African countries for 10 years with the Eleanor Foundation.

The manufacturer Brompton wants to build the facility on stilts on wetlands near Ashford, producing 200,000 bikes a year.
