Churchley Rest Home says bed blocking in the NHS and a shortage of social workers able to make referrals has left them struggling to stay open.

A rise in on-street and off-street parking charges across Brighton and Hove will come into effect next week.

Drivers are being asked to switch off their engines when parked up to help improve air quality.
