The employees were given cash by the boss of a skip firm totalling around £1700 a week to under-weigh loads.

There were thousands of violence-related offences in Cardiff city centre this year according to a council report on the impact of alcohol consumption.

It was shut with immediate effect on 7 September because of inspections into unsafe Reinforced Autoclaved Concrete.
