Stars hit the red carpet for The Invisible Woman premiere

Ralph Fiennes and Kristin Scott Thomas were amongst the stars lining the red carpet in London this evening for the premiere of The Invisible Woman.

Fiennes directed and stars as Charles Dickens in the adaptation of Claire Tomalin's book about the writer's romance with a younger woman, Nelly Ternan, played by Felicity Jones.

Scott Thomas, who asked Fiennes for a role in one of his movies after seeing his directorial debut, Coriolanus, travelled from her home in Paris especially for the premiere.

"He was a very good director, incredibly brave to take on both roles of Dickens and director," she said.

Splash! finalists prepare to dive with Tom Daley

The three remaining celebrities have been practising synchronised dives with Tom Daley, ahead of the final of ITV's entertainment show Splash!

They will all be diving alongside Daley, the Olympic bronze medallist who has been their mentor on the show, tomorrow night.

Eddie 'The Eagle' Edwards is the favourite to win, after the former ski jumper scored the first perfect 10 of the series in the semi-finals.

Interior designer Linda Barker also impressed the judges.

Benidorm actor Jake Canuso won the semi-final splash-off to complete the final line-up.


Charlotte Jackson dives with an injury on Splash!

Sky Sports news presenter Charlotte Jackson dived from a 10m board in ITV's Splash! semi-final, despite having a foot injury after colliding into a wall. Jackson scored 19 out of 30 after trying a less complex dive.
