The mother of a teenager killed in a knife attack is "broken-hearted" her son's killer harboured a murderer whilst on licence from jail.

The parents of a boy murdered with a knife in a stab attack have delivered bleed out kits to community spaces across Wearside in the hope of saving lives.

Connor Brown's family visited The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) base, near Eaglescliffe, where they were reunited with paramedic Marcus Johnson.
