Dashcam footage has been released of a car crashing into a broken-down vehicle on a busy road, to highlight vital safety measures.

Wayne Sayce, 38, from the Swansea area, was seen overtaking at high speed on Phoenix Way, Swansea on April 3 2022.

The HGV transporter, which was carrying several Teslas, was travelling north on the M3 near Fleet when it slid through the central reservation barrier.
