An Exeter City footballer has admitted assaulting a woman in the city centre earlier this year.

Police were called to Queen Street, Exeter, in the early hours of Thursday 2 February after reports of a female having been assaulted in the area.

Marcus Stewart announced that he had been diagnosed with MND on September 8
