Fly Tipping

Kirklees Council said it would prosecute those responsible for dumping waste on a road near Bradford.

The council plans to inspect the contents of the trailer for any non-conforming waste or clues that could help their investigation.

The fly-tipped items, which have now been removed, belonged to the recently closed pub The Night Jar in Ferndown, Dorset.
