The number of organisations providing food aid in the county has increased from 20 to 180 in seven years.

Fareshare South West is the biggest food distributor charity of its kind in the UK and has now opened a new warehouse in Plymouth.

A woman who had just three pence left in her bank account says she would have struggled to survive the last six month without turning to a foodbank.
