Kat Watkins was left 'upset and in pain' from sleeping on a sofa in a hotel dining room after being told the accessible room she had booked was 'out of order'.
The break in happened between 10:30pm and 11:30pm on Thursday 10 February.
It comes after a number of hotels in the island closed in the past year, to make way for housing.
