The wedding plans of dozens of couples have been thrown into disarray after one of Kent's most prestigious wedding venues was sold to new owners.

Police say the dark SUV style vehicle drove off at speed and despite officers conducting a search, the car has not been found.

A Kent County councillor has been suspended from the Conservative party, over pictures that appear to show him at a rally of the far-right New British Union.
