Kentucky sinkhole swallows eight Corvettes

Eight Corvettes have fallen into a sinkhole which opened up beneath a Corvette Museum in Kentucky today.

CNN producer Christina Ginn tweeted these pictures from the museum in Bowling Green:

The sinkhole, about 40 feet wide and about 25 to 30 feet deep, appeared before dawn under the skydome section of the museum, the museum's director Wendell Strode told local media.

The National Corvette Museum is home to more than 30 unique Corvettes, including prototypes and a 1983 model.
