Bradley O'Brien wants advice on gas leaks to change after an inquest heard Doreen Mace was told to ventilate rather than leave the property.

Doreen Mace, 79, died when her partner's house exploded following a gas leak; David Murphy was severely injured. He'd called the supplier 30 minutes earlier.

Doreen Mace, 79, died after her house on Dulwich Road was destroyed in the blast on June 26, 2022. Another man was seriously injured in the explosion.
