Mayfair's Curzon cinema say they could be be evicted if a deal on a new lease has not been reached. 6,000 people have signed a petition to protect the cinema.

The blaze is believed to have been started by an indoor sparkler catching a natural Christmas tree.

The break in happened between 10:30pm and 11:30pm on Thursday 10 February.
