North Tyneside Council say it will 'not be an easy fix' and will require removal for repair, which is likely to take a few months.

The 28-year-old broke the news to fans on his Facebook page by telling the story of when he first heard Springsteen's music.

Truman Hub, 22, from North Shields, died in the crash in the early hours of Sunday 20 November.
