Donna Ockenden says she's hearing new reports of mothers being shouted at by staff and some are being subjected to racism.

Senior midwife Donna Ockenden, who is leading the review, says 70 more families are due to be contacted in the coming weeks.

With so many questions still unanswered, she's now 14 months into her review of maternity services in Nottingham.
