Pride Cymru

Sarah Jones was the first transgender priest to be ordained in the Church of England and has been honoured for embodying LGBTQ Pride in the Christian community.

Welsh artist Nathan Wyburn painted the portrait of former Wales player Gareth Thomas as part of Cardiff and Vale Health Board's commemoration of Pride Cymru.

Michael Cashman CBE said it is important that LGBT+ people stand up to the injustices transgender people are subjected to because "if you allow it to happen to others, then your own history will repeat itself".
