Ofsted inspectors have said there has been a decline in the quality of services since its last full inspection in 2017.

The project will see a 500-metre of the Coast Road in South Tyneside moved away from the clifftops.

The single direction route will be implemented from Mile End Road to Queen Street and along Brigham Place and Stanhope Street.
