Disqualified driver Kelvin Bainbridge, 19, was wanted by Durham Police when he was spotted behind the wheel of a Nissan Primera in October 2019.

Durham Constabulary officer Nicola Voke-Williams was convicted of assault after slapping a teenager in the face while on duty in Spennymoor in February 2022.

Disqualified driver Kelvin Bainbridge, who was wanted by the police for burglary, was being followed by officers before his death.
