Faye Rogers, from Stockton, had taken part in Olympic trials in 2021 but suffered life-changing injuries in a car crash later that year.

Officers were called to Dunoon Close at around 9.40pm on Thursday 29 August, after reports of a group of men in possession of weapons.

Councillor Susan Scott made the comments about Muslim people in a Facebook group.
